At the most recent negotiating session in Accra, Ghana, in August, the Parties had requested the Chairman of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention to compile proposals for presentation at Poznán, to serve as a preliminary version of a negotiating text.
