13- تدعو الدول وهيئات منظومة الأمم المتحدة ومؤسساتها ذات الصلة، بما فيها هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة، واللجان الإقليمية، والمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة الإعاقة والتابع للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية، فضلاً عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية التي يهمها الأمر، أن تساهم في العمل الموكل إلى اللجنة المخصصة، استناداً إلى ممارسة الأمم المتحدة؛

67. The Act defines employment as a relationship between worker and employer in which the worker voluntarily joins the employer's organized work process, and against payment, personally and uninterruptedly performs the work assigned to him under the instruction and supervision of the employer.
67- ويعرِّف القانون العمل بأنه علاقة تربط بين العامل وصاحب العمل ويشترك بموجبها العامل طوعاً في العمل الذي ينظمه صاحب العمل مقابل أجر، ويؤدي العمل الموكل إليه بنفسه دون عائق تحت توجيه وإشراف صاحب العمل.
