The Committees will oversee the overall formulation and implementation of the programme of work and priorities of the Subregional Development Centres and make recommendations on important issues concerning economic and social development in their respective subregions, as well as on the promotion and strengthening of subregional economic cooperation and integration.
وتشرف هذه اللجان بوجه عام على وضع وتنفيذ برنامج العمل واﻷولويات الخاصة بمراكز التنمية دون اﻹقليمية وتقدم توصيات بشأن المسائل الهامة المتعلقة بالتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المناطق دون اﻹقليمية التابعة لكل منها، وكذلك بشأن ترويج وتعزيز التعاون والتكامل الاقتصادي دون اﻹقليمي.

2. Requests the Executive Secretary of the Commission to report any changes effected in the programme of work and priorities to the Commission at its twentieth session.
٢ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين التنفيذي للجنة أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها العشرين أية تعديلات يتم إدخالها على برنامج العمل واﻷولويات.
