Notes with satisfaction that the Committee agreed to consider, at its fiftieth session, under its agenda item entitled " Other matters " , the issue of the future role and activities of the Committee and noted that the Chairman of the Committee could conduct intersessional, open-ended informal consultations with a view to presenting to the Committee a list of elements that could be taken into consideration at its next session;

(c) Plenary sessions to discuss the outputs of the thematic working group and reflect on the possible elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties.

27. The CGE considered the draft report on the workshop on the exchange of views on possible elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, and provided recommendations on the matter for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-fourth session.
27- نظر فريق الخبراء الاستشاري في مشروع تقرير حلقة العمل المتعلقة بتبادل الآراء بشأن العناصر التي يمكن النظر فيها في إطار تنقيح مقبل للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، كما قدم الفريق توصيات بشأن هذه المسألة كي تنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين.

27. The Chair proposed that the fourth meeting of the CGE be convened in conjunction with the workshop to exchange views on possible elements to be considered in the future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties in March 2011.
27- واقترح الرئيس عقد الاجتماع الرابع لفريق الخبراء الاستشاري بالتزامن مع حلقة العمل لتبادل الآراء بشأن العناصر التي يمكن النظر فيها في إطار التنقيح المقبل لمبادئ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية في آذار/مارس 2011.

He proposed that, during its next meeting, the CGE focus its discussions on the preparation of this training workshop, including its design and approach, as well as on the preparation of the workshop to exchange views on possible elements to be considered in the future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties planned for March 2011.

Ms. Ruleta Camacho, on behalf of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, expressed interest in hosting the fourth meeting of the CGE and the workshop to exchange views on possible elements to be considered in the future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties scheduled for March 2011.
29- وأعربت السيدة روليتا كماتشو، باسم حكومة أنتيغوا وبربودا، عن اهتمام حكومة بلدها باستضافة الاجتماع الرابع لفريق الخبراء الاستشاري وحلقة العمل لتبادل الآراء بشأن العناصر التي يمكن النظر فيها في إطار التنقيح المقبل لمبادئ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية المقرر عقدها في آذار/مارس 2011.
