The Committee also recommends that the State party step up its efforts and use all possible means to counter and stem the tide of racism and xenophobia, in particular by strongly condemning all racist and xenophobic statements by political leaders and implementing appropriate measures to combat the proliferation of acts and manifestations of racism on the Internet (arts. 2, 4 and 7).
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكثف جهودها وتستخدم جميع الوسائل المتاحة للتصدي لتصاعد العنصرية وكره الأجانب ووقفه، لا سيما عبر إدانة حازمة لخطاب العنصرية وكره الأجانب من جانب المسؤولين السياسيين، وباتخاذ تدابير ملائمة لمكافحة تكاثر الأفعال والمظاهر العنصرية على شبكة الإنترنت (المواد 2 و4 و7).
