The International Organization for the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination is an independent, non-governmental, international organization dedicated to upholding and promoting the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, which was adopted by the General Assembly in 1963.

The Committee requests the State party to prepare its next periodic report in accordance with the guidelines for the CERD-specific document adopted by the Committee at its seventy-first session and to include in it information on progress made and obstacles encountered, in implementing the rights enshrined in the Convention.
تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تعدّ تقريرها الدوري المقبل وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية للوثيقة الخاصة بلجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والسبعين (CERD/C/2007/1) وأن تدرج فيه معلومات عن التقدم المحرز والعقبات التي تواجهه في إعمال الحقوق المكرسة في الاتفاقية.

350. The Committee recommends that the State party submit its fifteenth to seventeenth periodic reports as a single document by 17 March 2011, taking into consideration the guidelines for the CERDspecific report adopted by the Committee at its seventyfirst session (CERD/C/2007/1).
