وإذ يحيط علما بتقييم الأمين العام بأن من شأن إيفاد بعثة مراقبة تابعة للأمم المتحدة تُنشر بسرعة في ظل ظروف مواتية وبولاية واضحة وتتوافر لها القدراتُ المطلوبة وظروفُ العمل الملائمة أن يسهم إسهاما كبيرا في مراقبة وتعزيز التزام الطرفين بوقف العنف المسلح بجميع أشكاله وفي دعم تنفيذ خطة النقاط الست،
