The report contained little information about the concrete effects of the legislative, judicial and administrative measures which had been adopted, but the written and oral replies had gone some way to making good that deficiency by supplying a number of statistics which would help the Committee to assess the application of the Covenant in the State party.
وأضافت أن التقرير يحتوي معلومات قليلة عن الآثار الملموسة للتدابير التشريعية والقضائية والإدارية التي اعتمدت، غير أن الردود الخطية والشفهية المقدمة أسهمت في سد هذا النقص، لا سيما بفضل بعض البيانات الإحصائية التي ستساعد اللجنة على تقييم تطبيق العهد في الدولة الطرف.

The note would also indicate that, in case the report was not submitted within six months, the Committee would appoint one of its members to prepare a report on the implementation of the Covenant in the State party concerned on the basis of all reliable information available, for consideration by the Committee at one of its forthcoming sessions.
