62. Satisfaction and guarantees of non-repetition should include measures such as cessation of continuing violations; an official declaration or a judicial decision restoring the dignity, reputation and legal and social rights of the victim and of persons closely connected with the victim and judicial or administrative sanctions against persons responsible for the violations.
62 - وينبغي أن تشمل الترضية وضمانات عدم العود اتخاذ تدابير من قبيل وقف الانتهاكات المستمرة وإصدار إعلان رسمي أو قرار قضائي يعيد الكرامة والسمعة والحقوق القانونية والاجتماعية للضحية والأشخاص المرتبطين بالضحية ارتباطا وثيقا وفرض عقوبات قضائية أو إدارية على الأشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات.

65. Pursuant to section 119 StPO, the court may order that communication by detained accused persons be restricted if this is necessary to avert the risk of flight, tampering with evidence, or re-offending.
