2. By the same resolution, the General Assembly established the Intergovernmental Group to Monitor the Supply and Shipping of Oil and Petroleum Products to South Africa and requested it to report on this subject to its following session.

3A.31 the Intergovernmental Group to Monitor the Supply and Shipping of Oil and Petroleum Products to South Africa was established by the General Assembly in its resolution 41/35 F of 10 November 1986.
٣ ألف-٣١ أنشأت الجمعية العامة الفريق الحكومي الدولي لرصد توريد ونقل النفط والمنتجات النفطية الى جنوب افريقيا بموجب قرارها ٤١/٣٥ واو المؤرخ ١٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٨٦.

The countries of Central America - especially Nicaragua, as a member of the Intergovernmental Group to Monitor the Supply and Shipping of Oil and Petroleum Products to South Africa - are very pleased to be celebrating the fact that the odious system of racial segregation is coming to its inevitable end in South Africa.
إن بلدان أمريكا الوسطى، لا سيما نيكاراغوا بوصفها عضوا في الفريق الحكومي الدولي لرصد توريد ونقل النفط والمنتجات النفطية الى جنوب افريقيا، يسرها غاية السرور أن تحتفل بالحقيقة التي مفادها أن نظام التفرقة العنصرية البغيض يصل اﻵن الى نهايته المحتومة في جنوب افريقيا.

Without the contribution of the Intergovernmental Group to Monitor the Supply and Shipping of Oil and Petroleum Products to South Africa (IGG), I would not have been able to speak as I am speaking here now. Depriving South Africa of petroleum products has been one of the cornerstones of our struggle against apartheid.
ولولا إسهام الفريق الحكومي الدولي لرصد توريد ونقل النفط والمنتجات النفطية الى جنوب افريقيا لما كان بوسعي أن أقول ما أقوله اﻵن، فقد كان حرمان جنوب افريقيا من المنتجات النفطية حجر زاوية في كفاحنا ضد الفصل العنصري.
