9. Requests the Secretariat to report on the implementation of the present decision to the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting and to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting;

A report on the implementation of decision BC-11/16 was provided to the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting, in September 2014, at which time parties noted the information provided by the Secretariat (see UNEP/CHW/OEWG.9/13 and UNEP/CHW/OEWG.9/INF/24).

9 - وأرسلت الأمانة رسالةً بتاريخ 29 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014 دعت فيها الأطراف وغيرها من الجهات إلى أن تقدم، بحلول 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2014، تعليقات بشأن مشروع برنامج العمل المقدم إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع.

The lead countries and organizations subsequently prepared revised drafts for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting.

The draft outcome of the work is set out in the annex to the note by the Secretariat on the subject (UNEP/CHW/OEWG.9/INF/30) that was presented to the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting for its consideration.

Finally, the Conference of the Parties requested the lead country or, if there was no lead country, the Secretariat, in consultation with the small intersessional working group, to prepare draft revised technical guidelines for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting.
31 - وفى الختام، طلب مؤتمر الأطراف إلى البلد الرائد، أو إلى الأمانة إذا لم يكن هناك بلدٌ رائد، القيام بإعداد مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية المُنقحة، بالتشاور مع الفريق المصغر العامل بين الدورات، لكي ينظر فيه الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع.

In paragraph 3 of the decision, the Conference of the Parties invited parties and others to submit comments to the Secretariat by 30 October 2013 on the draft entry referred to in paragraph 2 of the decision for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting.
3 - دعا مؤتمر الأطراف، في الفقرة 3 من المقرر، الأطراف وسائر الجهات إلى أن تقدم تعليقاتها إلى الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 30 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013، بشأن مشروع القيد المشار إليه في الفقرة 2 من المقرر، لينظر فيها الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع.

To invite the Committee, when finalizing the abovementioned four guidance documents for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting, to take into account the outcome of the consultations with the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting.
(ج) يدعو اللجنة، عند وضع الصيغة النهائية لوثائق التوجيهات الأربعة المشار إليها أعلاه للنظر فيها واحتمال اعتمادها من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر، إلى أن تأخذ في الاعتبار نتائج المشاورات مع الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع.

24. Invites the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting to finalize the glossary and related explanations and to prepare a draft decision, including on paragraph 16 (c) and 17 above, for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.
24 - يدعو الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع إلى إتمام العمل على المسرد وما يرتبط به من تفسيرات، وإعداد مشروع مقرر يشمل الفقرة 16 (ج) والفقرة 17 الواردتين أعلاه، للنظر فيه واحتمال اعتماده من مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر.

2. Develop a work programme for additional priorities and key work items for implementation of ESM and report on this to the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting and to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting.
2 - إعداد برنامج عمل للأولويات الإضافية وبنود العمل الأساسية لتنفيذ الإدارة السليمة بيئياً، وإعداد تقرير عنه يقدم إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع وإلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر.

(b) To continue to follow developments in relation to the Hong Kong Convention and to report thereon to the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting and to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting;
(ب) أن تواصل متابعة التطورات المتعلقة باتفاقية هونغ كونغ، وأن تقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في اجتماعه التاسع وإلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر؛

6. Requests the small intersessional working group to consider the comments referred to in paragraph 3 of the present decision and to report on the results of its work, through the Secretariat, to the Openended Working Group at its ninth meeting for its consideration;
