(a) Took note of the report of the chairman of the intersessional working group on the future role and functions of UNIDO (IDB.18/17);

(b) Requested the intersessional working group to continue its work under the chairmanship of Mr. I. Posta (Hungary);

8. the intersessional working group on proposed amendments to the Financial Regulations of UNIDO recommended the following draft conclusion for adoption by the Committee:
8- أوصى الفريق العامل ما بين الدورات المعني بالتعديلات المقترح إدخالها على النظام المالي لليونيدو بأن تعتمد اللجنة مشروع الاستنتاج التالي:

(d) Decided to enlarge the mandate of the intersessional working group on proposed amendments to the financial regulations established by the Programme and Budget Committee in conclusion 96/12 to discuss all aspects of the issue referred to in paragraph (c) above, including the report of the Director-General;

)ﻫ( طلب أيضا الى رئيس الفريق العامل ما بين الدورات أن يقدم الى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة تقريرا بهذا الشأن .

INTRODUCTION 1. The report of the Ad Hoc inter-sessional Working Group on Finance and Changing Consumption and Production Patterns of the Commission on Sustainable Development on its meeting in New York from 4 to 8 March 1996 is not a negotiated text, although its contents were thoroughly discussed at the meeting.
١ - إن تقرير الفريق العامل ما بين الدورات المخصص للتمويل وتغيير أنماط الاستهلاك والانتاج التابع للجنة المعنية بالتنمية المستدامة عن اجتماعه المعقود في نيويورك في الفترة من ٤ إلى ٨ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٦، ليس نصا ناجما عن تفاوض، رغم أن محتوياته نوقشت بصورة مستنفدة في الاجتماع.
