وقد تم في الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر تحديد اﻷهداف والاجراءات اللازمة لرعاية هذه الشراكة.

The Chairperson noted that the Commission had approved the substance of the original versions of the commentaries to chapters XIII to XIV during the first part of the session.

" ٤ - يقرر أيضا أنه ينبغي للجنة رصد التقدم المحرز في بلوغ اﻷهداف المحددة للموارد المالية في الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من برنامج العمل، مع مراعاة الفقرة ٧ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/١٢٨ مراعاة كاملة؛

Given the imperative need to ensure that the Cairo Programme of Action does not remain mere wishful thinking, and given also the immensity of the task in this framework, our partners, the developed countries, are called upon to make up the additional resources in conformity with commitments undertaken under chapters XIII and XIV of the Programme of Action.
ونظرا للحاجة الملحة الى كفالة ألا يبقى برنامج عمل القاهرة مجرد تمنيات، ونظرا أيضا لجسامة المهمة في هذا اﻹطار، فإن شركاءنا، البلدان المتقدمة النمو، مطالبون بالتعويض عن الموارد اﻹضافية وفقا للالتزامات التي تم التعهد بها بموجب الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من برنامج العمل.

٥ - يقرر أيضا أنه ينبغي للجنة أن ترصد التقدم المحرز في بلوغ اﻷهداف المحددة للموارد المالية في الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من برنامج العمل، مع مراعاة الفقرة ٧ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٩٤/٨٢١ مراعاة كاملة؛

(f) Urge all Governments to commit to the implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action financial resources that are commensurate with the provisions of chapters XIII and XIV of the Programme.
)و( حث الحكومات على أن تخصص لتنفيذ برنامج عمل المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية موارد مالية تتناسب وأحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من البرنامج.

7. Urges all countries to consider their current spending priorities with a view to making additional contributions for the implementation of the Programme of Action, taking into account the provisions of chapters XIII and XIV thereof and the economic constraints faced by developing countries, in particular the least developed among them;
٧ - تحـث جميع البلدان على النظر في أولويات إنفاقها الحالية بغية تقديم مساهمات إضافية في تنفيذ برنامج العمل، آخذة في الاعتبار أحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من برنامج العمل، والقيود الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلدان النامية، ولا سيما أقل البلدان نموا من بينها؛

94. The Commission calls upon all countries to consider making contributions to the implementation of the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development, taking into account the provisions of chapters XIII and XIV of the Programme of Action, and the economic constraints faced by developing countries, and urges the international community to promote a supportive international economic environment.
٩٤ - تدعو اللجنة جميع البلدان إلى النظر في تقديم مساهمات لتنفيذ برنامج عمل المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية على أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار أحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من برنامج العمل، والمعوقات الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلدان النامية، وتحث المجتمع الدولي على ايجاد بيئة اقتصادية دولية داعمة.

7. 16.9. All countries should consider their current spending priorities with a view to making additional contributions for the implementation of the Programme of Action, taking into account the provisions of chapters XIII and XIV and the economic constraints faced by developing countries. 16.10.
١٦-٩ وعلى جميع البلدان أن تنظر في أولويات إنفاقها الحالي بغية تقديم تبرعات إضافية لتنفيذ برنامج العمل، آخذة في اعتبارها أحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر والعوائق الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلدان النامية.

" ٤ - تحـث جميع البلدان على أن تنظر، في أمور شتى، منها إنفاقها الحالي بغية تقديم المزيد من التبرعات بما يتفق مع اﻷولويات الوطنية لتنفيذ برنامج العمل، أخذا بعين الاعتبار أحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من البرنامج، فضلا عن العقبات الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلدان النامية ولا سيما أقل البلدان نموا من بينها؛

Moreover, pursuant to item (ac) of subparagraph (a) of paragraph (2) of article 3 of Act C of 2012 on the Criminal Code, Hungarian law shall be applied to any act specified in chapters XIII (crimes against humanity) and XIV (war crimes) or to any other crime that is to be prosecuted under an international treaty.
وعلاوة على ذلك، وفقا للبند (ac) من الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من الفقرة (2) من المادة 3 من القانون C من القانون الجنائي لعام 2012، يطبق القانون الهنغاري على أي فعل محدد في الفصلين الثالث عشر (الجرائم ضد الإنسانية) والرابع عشر (جرائم حرب) أو على أي جريمة أخرى يحاكم بموجب معاهدة دولية على ارتكابها.

ومن واقع الحقائق التي تم تأكيدها والظروف الوارد بيانها في هذا الفصل وفي الفصلين الثالث عشر والسادس عشر، تخلص البعثة إلى أنه في ضوء تدمير أو إتلاف الصوبات والأراضي الزراعية وآبار المياه اللازمة للري، وشبكات الري، فإن هذا كله كان ينطوي على غرض محدَّد يستهدف وقف استخدامها اللازم لبقاء السكان المدنيين في قطاع غزة.

4. ٤ - تحـث جميع البلدان على أن تنظر، من بين أمور أخرى، في أولويات إنفاقها الحالية بغية تقديم المزيد من التبرعات بما يتفق مع اﻷولويات الوطنية لتنفيذ برنامج العمل، آخذة بعين الاعتبار أحكام الفصلين الثالث عشر والرابع عشر من البرنامج، فضلا عن الضائقة الاقتصادية التي تواجهها البلدان النامية ولا سيما أقل البلدان نموا من بينها؛
