تولى تدريس مقررات للمبتدئين في سلك القضاء والقضاة الشباب في مجال قانون الإجراءات المدنية والجنائية في ما يخص الفقه الإسلامي والنظام القانوني الإيراني، وذلك منذ عام 2005.

The Islamic Republic of Iran will consider the necessity for a revision of the ordinary laws through the law making processes, based on Islamic jurisprudence and respecting its relevant international commitments.

كما تحث الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لزيادة الدعم المقدم لإصلاح القوانين بوسائل منها إقامة الشراكات والتعاون مع منظمات بحوث الفقه الإسلامي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات النسائية غير الحكومية وقادة المجتمعات المحلية، التي تدعم المساواة للمرأة.
