II. Consolidated List
ثانيا - القائمة الموحَّدة

The SBI, which is the agency responsible for the regulation and supervision of the financial system, insurance and pensions, is responsible for sending to financial institutions each updated version of the Consolidated List, so that banks and other financial institutions can report whether such persons or organizations have accounts in the national financial system.
الرقابة، وهي الوكالة المنوط بها تنظيم النظام المالي ونظام التأمين والمعاشات التقاعدية والإشراف عليهما، مسؤولة عن إرسال كل من النسخ المحدَّثة عن القائمة الموحَّدة إلى المؤسسات المالية مما يمكِّن المصارف والمؤسسات المالية الأخرى من الإبلاغ عما إذا كان لدى هؤلاء الأشخاص أو المنظمات حسابات في النظام المالي الوطني.

2. Expresses its appreciation for the cooperation extended by Governments in the preparation of the Consolidated List, and urges all Governments, in particular those that have not yet done so, to provide the necessary information to relevant organizations for inclusion in future issues of the Consolidated List;

B. Quality of the Consolidated List

As the Consolidated List is the cornerstone of the Al-Qaida/Taliban sanctions regime, it is essential that the quality of the names and the accompanying identifying information is as accurate as possible.
22 - لمّا كانت القائمة الموحَّدة هي الدعامة الرئيسية لنظام الجزاءات المفروضة على تنظيم القاعدة وحركة الطالبان، فإنه من الضروري أن تكون نوعية الأسماء وما يرافقها من معلومات تعريفية على أعلى درجة ممكنة من الدقة.

1. Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General on products harmful to health and the environment234 and notes the online availability of the Consolidated List of Products Whose Consumption and/or Sale Have Been Banned, Withdrawn, Severely Restricted or Not Approved by Governments;236

لكن أُضيفت أسماء جديدة قليلة إلى القائمة الموحَّدة() التي تضم أسماء الأفراد والجماعات والكيانات الخاضعين للجزاءات المفروضة على تنظيم القاعدة وحركة الطالبان، ولم تبلّغ الدول عن اتخاذ إجراءات ذات شأن ضد أولئك الواردة أسماؤهم فيها.
