86. For both admissibility and granting decisions, an examination is conducted of whether any specific indications exist in the target State of a violation of minimum rights as recognised under international law, or of any of the constitutional principles laid out in the German Basic Law.
86- وفيما يخص قبول طلب التسليم والإذن به، تجرى دراسة بشأن ما إذا كانت توجد في دولة المقصد مؤشرات بعينها على انتهاك أدنى الحقوق كما يقرها القانون الدولي، أو ما إذا كان القانون الأساسي الألماني يتضمن مبادئ دستورية في هذا الشأن.

7. Article 1 section 1 of the German Basic Law (Grundgesetz) protects human dignity as a paramount constitutional value.

As stated above (A. I.), the German Basic Law stipulates the primacy of law and the duty of judicial review for deprivation of liberty (Article 104 of the Basic Law - Grundgesetz, GG) and thus provides comprehensive legal guarantees.
