٢ - تحث المجتمع الدولي على اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة وفعﱠالة بغرض وقف استخدام تدابير اقتصادية قسرية أحادية ضد البلدان النامية لم تأذن بها أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، أو تتعارض مع مبادئ القانون الدولي الواردة في ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وتتنافى مع المبادئ اﻷساسية للنظام التجاري المتعدد اﻷطراف؛

148. The cause of invalidity relating to the threat or use of force in violation of the principles of international law embodied in the Charter of the United Nations, which is restated in article 52 of the Vienna Convention of 1969, has also been retained.
148 - كما أبقي على سبب البطلان المتصل باستخدام القوة أو التهديد باستخدامها في انتهاك مبادئ القانون الدولي الواردة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وهو ما ورد في المادة 52 من اتفاقية فيينا لعام 1969.
