13- ترحّب اللجنة بنهج الكرسي الرسولي الرامي إلى ضمان امتثال تشريعات دولة الفاتيكان للاتفاقية، لكنها تأسف في نفس الوقت لعدم اتباع النهج عينه فيما يتّصل بقوانينها الداخلية، ومنها القانون الكنسي.

The Committee is also concerned that some of the provisions of the Canon Law are not in conformity with the provisions of the Convention, in particular those relating to children's rights to be protected against discrimination, violence and all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse.
