Russia is interested in the adoption at this session of decisions on such issues as the struggle against racism, all forms of xenophobia and aggressive nationalism, ensuring the rights of minorities and the promotion of democracy and the rule of law in countries in transition.
وروسيا مهتمة بأن تتخذ في هذه الدورة قرارات بشأن قضايا مثل الكفاح ضد العنصرية وجميع أشكال كراهية اﻷجانب والقومية العدوانية، وضمان حقوق اﻷقليات وتعزيز الديمقراطية وحكم القانون في البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية.

It participated actively in discussions and events sponsored by the United Nations Rule of Law Unit and increasingly focused its partnerships with other United Nations entities on peacebuilding, with special attention to the rule of law in countries emerging from conflict on the Peacebuilding Commission's agenda.
وقد شاركت على نحو نشط في المناقشات والأحداث التي رعتها وحدة سيادة القانون التابعة للأمم المتحدة، وركزت في جدول أعمال لجنة بناء السلام على نحو مطرد على الشراكات التي أقامتها مع الكيانات الأخرى التابعة للأمم المتحدة حول بناء السلام مع الاهتمام بوجه خاص بسيادة القانون في البلدان الخارجة من نزاع.

Notes that the United Nations Programme of Advisory Services and Technical Assistance in the Field of Human Rights does not have sufficient funds to provide any substantial financial assistance to national projects that have a direct impact on the realization of human rights and the maintenance of the rule of law in countries that are committed to those ends but are facing economic hardship;
٥ - تلاحظ أن برنامج الخدمـات الاستشاريـة والمساعدة التقنيـة في ميدان حقــوق اﻹنسان لا تتوفر له أموال كافية ﻷن يقدم أي مساعدة مالية كبيرة للمشاريع الوطنية التي لها أثر مباشر على إعمال حقوق اﻹنسان والحفاظ على سيادة القانون في البلدان الملتزمة ببلوغ تلك اﻷهداف ولكنها تواجه مصاعب اقتصادية؛

4.
