96. With regard to the national capacity of Member States in the area of administration of justice, her delegation considered that financial, technical and material support in the field of human rights should be extended to the needy developing countries, particularly those in Africa.
٩٦ - وأردفت قائلة إنه فيما يتعلــق بتعزيز القدرة الوطنية للدول في مجال إقامة العدل، فإن كينيا ترى أنه يتعين تقديم دعــم مالي وتقني ومــادي في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان إلى البلدان الناميــة التي تحتاج إليه، لا سيما في أفريقيا.
