4 - يقرر أن يمدد فترة عمل القضاة المخصصين العاملين حاليا في المحكمة الدولية التالية أسماؤهم حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010 أو لحين الانتهاء من القضايا التي كلفوا بالنظر فيها، إن حدث هذا أولا:

On 24 December 2008, the Security Council adopted Resolution 1855, which allowed for an increase in the number of ad litem judges serving at the Tribunal at any one time up to twelve.
42 - وفي 24 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008، اتخذ مجلس الأمن القرار 1855 الذي سمح بزيادة عدد القضاة المخصصين العاملين في المحكمة في أي وقت من الأوقات حتى اثني عشر قاضيا.
