21. Recognizes, while bearing in mind the existing efforts in this respect, that it is necessary to enhance efforts to consider and evaluate the impact on the enjoyment of human rights of international economic and financial issues, such as:

The independent expert also referred to the Commission's request to him, also in resolution 2001/9, to consider and evaluate the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of human rights.
وأشار إلى أن اللجنة طلبت منه أيضاً، في قرارها 2001/9، دراسة وتقييم الأثر المترتب على القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية بالنسبة للتمتع بحقوق الإنسان.

In paragraph 21 of the same resolution it recognized that it was necessary to enhance efforts to consider and evaluate the impact on the enjoyment of human rights of international economic and financial issues, inter alia international trade issues and also good governance and equity at the international level.
وفي الفقرة 21 من القرار نفسه، سلّمت الجمعية بضرورة تعزيز الجهود المبذولة لدراسة وتقييم أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية في التمتع بحقوق الإنسان، مثل قضايا التجارة الدولية والحكم السديد والإنصاف على المستوى الدولي.

6. Ongoing research support is directed towards deepening the preliminary study on the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of the right to development, focusing in particular on the question and impact of the transfer of technology.
6- ويوجه الدعم المستمر في مجال البحوث نحو تعميق الدراسة الأولية حول أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية على التمتع بالحق في التنمية، مع التركيز بصفة خاصة على مسألة و آثار نقل التكنولوجيا.

17. As mentioned above, the Office assisted the independent expert on the right to development in the preparation of the preliminary study on the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of human rights.
17- كما ذُكر أعلاه، ساعدت المفوضية الخبير المستقل المعني بالحق في التنمية في إعداد الدراسة الأولية عن أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية في التمتع بحقوق الإنسان.

The Commission emphasized in paragraph 7 of its resolution 2002/69 the international economic and financial issues that deserve particular attention by the Working Group on the Right to Development, such as international trade and good governance and equity at the international level.
وأكدت اللجنة في الفقرة 7 من قرارها 2002/69 على القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية التي تستحق اهتماماً خاصاً من الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية، مثل التجارة الدولية والحكم السديد والإنصاف على المستوى الدولي.

(d) Consideration of the preliminary study of the independent expert on the right to development on the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of human rights.
(د) النظر في الدراسة الأولية للخبير المستقل المعني بالحق في التنمية حول أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية في التمتع بحقوق الإنسان.

This report of the independent expert on the right to development is submitted in pursuance of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2003/83, wherein he was requested to deepen his preliminary study on the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of the right to development.
يُعرض هذا التقرير المقدم من الخبير المستقل المعني بالحق في التنمية عملاً بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 83/2003، الذي طلبت إليه فيه أن يعمق البحث في العناصر الواردة في دراسته الأوَّلية حول أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية على التمتع بالحق في التنمية.

In resolution 2002/69, the Commission on Human Rights emphasized the international economic and financial issues that deserved particular attention by the Working Group, and decided to extend its mandate by one year to continue important deliberations and deepening dialogue on the operationalization of the right to development.
4- وأكدت لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2002/69، القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية التي تستحق اهتماماً خاصاً من الفريق العامل، وقررت تمديد ولايته سنة واحدة لمواصلة المداولات الهامة وتعميق الحوار في مجال إعمال الحق في التنمية.

1. This sixth report of the independent expert on the right to development is submitted in pursuance of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2003/83, wherein he was requested to deepen his preliminary study on the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of the right to development, in consultation with all relevant United Nations agencies and Bretton Woods institutions.
1- يُعرض هذا التقرير السادس للخبير المستقل المعني بالحق في التنمية(1) عملاً بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان83/2003، الذي طلبت إليه فيه أن يعمق دراسته الأوَّلية حول أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية على التمتع بالحق في التنمية، وذلك بالتشاور مع جميع وكالات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة ومؤسسات بريتون وودز.

Urge the independent expert to focus on implementing the right to development, on the basis of the Declaration on the Right to Development, in accordance with the mandate entrusted by the Commission on Human Rights, specifically to " to enhance efforts to consider and evaluate the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of human rights " ;f
- ونحث الخبير المستقل على أن يركز على إعمال الحق في التنمية، استناداً إلى إعلان الحق في التنمية، ووفقاً للولاية التي كلفته بها لجنة حقوق الإنسان، وبخاصة أن " يعزز الجهود المبذولة لدراسة وتقييم أثر القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان " (و)؛

Urge the independent expert to focus on implementing the right to development, on the basis of the Declaration on the Right to Development, in accordance with the mandate entrusted by the Commission on Human Rights, specifically " to enhance efforts to consider and evaluate the impact of international economic and financial issues on the enjoyment of human rights " ;

The work programme for the current session of the Group, adopted by consensus and contained in document E/CN.4/2002/WG.18/4, reflected the international economic and financial issues that deserved particular attention by the Working Group, such as international trade, access to technology, good governance and equity at the international level, and the debt burden, in order to consider and evaluate their impact on the enjoyment of human rights.
98- ولقد بيَّن برنامج عمل الدورة الحالية للفريق، المعتمد بتوافق الآراء والوارد في الوثيقة E/CN.4/2002/WG.18/4، القضايا الاقتصادية والمالية الدولية التي تستحق اهتماماً خاصاً من الفريق العامل، مثل التجارة الدولية وإمكانية الحصول على التكنولوجيا وحسن الإدارة والإنصاف على المستوى الدولي، وعبء الدين, وذلك لدراسة وتقييم أثرها على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان.
