6 - بموجب اتفاق السلام الشامل التزم الطرفان بوقف دائم لأعمال القتال العسكري بينهما، وبامتناع كل طرف عن التهديد باستخدام القوة ضد الطرف الآخر أو عن استخدامها، وباحترام أحكام اتفاق وقف أعمال القتال وبتنفيذ تلك الأحكام تنفيذا تاما، وبإطلاق سراح أسرى الحرب وإعادتهم إلى وطنهم، بالإضافة إلى جميع الأشخاص الآخرين المحتجزين بسبب الحرب.
