According to paragraph 1 of the revised process for the review of entries in the register of specific exemptions, such reports must be submitted at least 12 months before the last meeting of the Conference of the Parties preceding the expiry date of the exemption.

Article 4 of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants states, with regard to the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions, as follows:
1 - تنص المادة 4 من اتفاقية استكهولم بشان الملوثات العضوية الثابتة فيما يتعلق بعملية استعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات الخاصة على ما يلي:

Decision SC-2/3 on the review process for entries in the register of Specific Exemptions, submitted by the Secretariat and adopted as orally amended by the Conference, is contained in annex I to the present report.
ويرد في المرفق الأول لهذا التقرير مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/3 بشأن استعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة الذي قدمته الأمانة واعتمد بصيغته المعدلة شفهياً من المؤتمر.

1. Adopts, for the purposes of paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Article 4 of the Convention, the criteria to be applied in the review process for entries in the register of Specific Exemptions established under Article 4 of the Convention set out in the annex to the present decision;
