The votes thus withdrawn may be reassigned to another exporting or importing Member of the Executive Committee, as appropriate, but may not be withdrawn from this Member for the remainder of that cocoa year.
ويجوز نقل الأصوات المسحوبة على هذا النحو إلى عضو آخر مصدر أو مستورد في اللجنة التنفيذية، حسب الاقتضاء، ولكن لا يجوز سحبها من هذا العضو فيما تبقى من تلك السنة الكاكاوية.

The work programme shall include projects, initiatives and activities to be undertaken by the Organization in the following cocoa year.
ويشمل برنامج العمل المشاريع والمبادرات والأنشطة التي تضطلع بها المنظمة في السنة الكاكاوية التالية.

1. As a general rule, the Council shall hold one regular session in each half of the cocoa year.
1- يعقد المجلس، كقاعدة عامة، دورة عادية واحدة مرة في كل من نصفي السنة الكاكاوية.

The Member of the Executive Committee from which the votes have been withdrawn shall nevertheless retain its seat on the Executive Committee for the remainder of that cocoa year.
ويظل عضو اللجنة التنفيذية الذي سحبت منه الأصوات محتفظا مع ذلك بمقعده في اللجنة التنفيذية لما تبقى من تلك السنة الكاكاوية.

The financial year of the Organization shall be the same as the cocoa year.
3- تكون السنة المالية للمنظمة هي نفس السنة الكاكاوية.

This Agreement shall remain in force until the end of the fifth full cocoa year after its entry into force, unless extended under paragraph 3 of this article, or terminated earlier under paragraph 4 of this article.
1- يظل هذا الاتفاق نافذاً حتى نهاية السنة الكاكاوية الخامسة بأكملها بعد بدء نفاذه، ما لم يمدد بموجب الفقرة 3 من هذه المادة، أو ينهى قبل ذلك بموجب الفقرة 4 من هذه المادة.

The remaining votes shall be divided among all the exporting Members in proportion to the average volume of their respective exports of cocoa in the preceding three cocoa years for which data have been published by the Organization in its latest issue of the Quarterly Bulletin of cocoa Statistics.
وتقسم الأصوات الباقية على جميع الأعضاء المصدرين على أساس النسبة التي يمثلها متوسط مقدار صادرات الكاكاو لكل عضو مصدر خلال السنوات الكاكاوية الثلاث السابقة التي تتوفر عنها أرقام تكون المنظمة قد نشرتها في آخر عدد لها من النشرة الفصلية لإحصاءات الكاكاو.

The remaining votes shall be distributed on the basis of the percentage which the average of each importing Member's annual imports, in the preceding three cocoa years for which final figures are available in the Organization, represents in the total of the averages for all the importing Members.
وتوزع الأصوات الباقية على أساس النسبة المئوية التي يمثلها متوسط الواردات السنوية لكل عضو مستورد خلال السنوات الكاكاوية الثلاث السابقة التي تتوفر عنها أرقام نهائية في المنظمة إلى مجموع متوسطات جميع الأعضاء المستوردين.

The Council shall at appropriate times, but not less than twice in any cocoa year, publish estimates of production of cocoa beans and grindings for that cocoa year.
2- يقوم المجلس في أوقات مناسبة، على ألا يقل ذلك عن مرتين في أي سنة كاكاوية، بنشر تقديرات فيما يخص إنتاج حبوب وطحين الكاكاو عن تلك السنة الكاكاوية.

5. Stocks of cocoa beans means all dry cocoa beans that can be identified as at the last day of the cocoa year (30 September), irrespective of location, ownership or intended use;
5- مخزونات حبوب الكاكاو تعني جميع حبوب الكاكاو الجافة التي يمكن تحديدها في آخر يوم من السنة الكاكاوية (30 أيلول/سبتمبر)، بصرف النظر عن الموقع أو الملكية أو الاستخدام المُزمع؛
