Members of the Council will recall the revision in 2013 of the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Polymetallic Nodules in the Area (Nodules Regulations) in order to bring them into line with the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Polymetallic Sulphides in the Area (Sulphides Regulations).
