At the same session, the General Assembly requested the Committee to continue to consider ways and means of maintaining outer space for peaceful purposes and to report thereon to the Assembly at its sixty-ninth session (resolution 68/75).
وفي الدورة نفسها، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اللجنة أن تواصل النظر في السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بمواصلة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية، وأن تقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية في دورتها التاسعة والستين (القرار 68/75).

56. In resolution 53/36 E the General Assembly had requested the Committee to consider further the view that non-member States should not be assessed only on the basis of their participation in United Nations activities but that account should also be taken of the benefits they thus enjoyed. One possibility would be to apply a fixed flat annual fee proportion in calculating the annual assessments.
٥٦ - ومضى الى القول إن الجمعية العامة، في القرار ٥٣/٣٦ هاء، طلبت الى اللجنة أن تواصل النظر في الرأي القائل بأن الدول غير اﻷعضاء لا ينبغي أن تحدد أنصبتها المقررة على أساس مشاركتها في أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة فحسب ولكن ينبغي أن توضع في الاعتبار الفوائد التي تتمتع بها من جراء مشاركتها على أن ثمة إمكانية تتمثل في تطبيق نسبة رسوم سنوية مقطوعة ثابتة في حساب اﻷنصبة المقررة السنوية.
