The Committee reiterates its request to the State party to provide information, in detail, on the precise number of people executed in the full reporting period, for which offences and whether any children have been sentenced to death and executed.
وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف مجددا أن تقدم معلومات مفصلة عن العدد الصحيح للأشخاص الذين أعدموا خلال الفترة الكاملة المشمولة بالتقرير، وعن طبيعة الجرائم التي ارتكبوها، وعدد الأطفال، إن وجدوا، الذين حكم عليهم بالإعدام ونفذت فيهم هذه العقوبة.

38. The recommendations made by the Committee to the State party at the end of the inquiry procedure are fully reproduced below:
38- ترد فيما يلي التوصيات الكاملة التي قدمتها اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف عند انتهاء إجراءات التحقيق:

Such list is prepared, inter alia, on the basis of the information contained in the report, the recommendations addressed by the Committee to the State in the past and information originating from non-governmental sources.
وتعد هذه القائمة على أسس من بينها المعلومات الواردة في التقرير، والتوصيات التي وجهتها اللجنة إلى الدولة في الماضي، والمعلومات الواردة من مصادر غير حكومية.

1. Please provide information about existing mechanisms for dealing with requests for urgent actions transmitted by the Committee to the State party and for implementing the interim and protection measures requested by the Committee in this connection.
1- يُرجى تقديم معلومات عن الآليات القائمة للبتّ في طلبات الإجراء العاجل التي تحيلها اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف، وكذلك لتنفيذ ما تطلبه اللجنة في هذا السياق من تدابير احترازية وتدابير حماية.

Civil society actors are also strongly encouraged to transmit to the Committee information on the status of implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee to the State party concerned in relation to the country visit, as well as relevant reliable information on any developments that may have taken place after the country visit.
كما تشجع اللجنة الجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني أيما تشجيع على أن ترسل إلى اللجنة معلومات عن حالة تنفيذ التوصيات المقدمة من اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية فيما يتعلق بالزيارة القطرية، وكذلك معلومات موثوقة ذات صلة بما قد يستجد من تطورات عقب الزيارة القطرية.

2. If the Committee is not in session, the Chairman shall bring the matter to the attention of its members by transmitting copies of the communication and requesting their consent to transmit such communication on behalf of the Committee, to the State party concerned in compliance with article 11, paragraph 1.
2- إذا كانت اللجنة غير منعقدة في دورة، يوجه الرئيس نظر أعضائها إلى المسألة بإحالة نسخ من البلاغ وبطلب موافقتهم لإرسال هذا البلاغ نيابة عن اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية امتثالا للفقرة 1 من المادة 11.

2. If the Committee is not in session, the Chairman shall bring the matter to the attention of its members by transmitting copies of the communication and requesting their consent to transmit such communication on behalf of the Committee, to the State party concerned in compliance with article 11, paragraph 1.

The Committee considers that national human rights institutions can play an important role in providing to it reliable information indicating that a State party is seriously violating the provisions of the Convention, which may trigger a visit by the Committee to the State party concerned under the terms of article 33 of the Convention.
32- ترى اللجنة أن باستطاعة المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان أن تلعب دوراً هاماً في تزويدها بمعلومات موثوق بها تُبين أن دولة طرف قد ارتكبت انتهاكاً خطيراً لأحكام الاتفاقية، ما قد يستدعي زيارةً تقوم بها اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية وفقاً لأحكام المادة 33 من الاتفاقية.

National human rights institutions are strongly encouraged to transmit to the Committee information on the status of implementation of the recommendations made by the Committee to the State party concerned in relation to the country visit, as well as relevant reliable information on any developments that may have taken place after the country visit.
34- وتشجع اللجنة المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بقوة على أن تحيل إلى اللجنة معلومات عن حالة تنفيذ التوصيات التي قدمتها اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية فيما يتعلق بالزيارة القطرية، وكذلك معلومات موثوق بها بشأن أي تطورات قد تحدث بعد الزيارة القطرية.

To that purpose, the Committee invites the State party to accept, by 23 November 2013, to report under its optional reporting procedure, consisting in the transmittal, by the Committee to the State party, of a list of issues prior to the submission of the report.
ولهذا الغرض، تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن توافق، بحلول 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013، على تقديم التقارير بموجب إجرائها الاختياري لتقديم التقارير، الذي يتمثل في إحالة اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف قائمة مسائل قبل تقديم التقرير.
