They did so by encouraging States not parties to participate in the 21 May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee and by providing States not parties with an opportunity to share information on steps they are taking to adhere to the norms of the Convention (i.e., by volunteering information on stockpiles they possessed).

2. The Provisional Annotated Agenda (EC/46/SC/CRP.14) and the Draft Report of the 30-31 January Meeting of the Standing Committee (EC/46/SC/CRP.15) were both adopted without revision.

2. The Provisional Annotated Agenda (EC/46/SC/CRP.26/Rev.2) and the Draft Report of the 10-11 April Meeting of the Standing Committee (EC/46/SC/CRP.27) were both adopted without revision.
٢- أُقرﱠ جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت المشروح (EC/46/SC/CRP.26/Rev.2) واعتمد مشروع تقرير اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في ٠١ و١١ نيسان/أبريل (EC/46/SC/CRP.27)، وذلك دون تنقيح.

2. The Agenda (EC/47/SC/CRP.3/Rev.1) and the Draft Report of the 19 December 1996 Meeting of the Standing Committee (EC/47/SC/CRP.4) were both adopted without revision.
٢- أُقِرﱠ جدول اﻷعمال (EC/47/SC/CRP.3/Rev.1) واعتُمد مشروع تقرير اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في ٩١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٦٩٩١ (EC/47/SC/CRP.4) بدون تنقيح.

The Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention invited States Parties to volunteer information at the 27 April 2007 meeting of the Standing Committee on their progress in adopting legislative, administrative and other measures in accordance with Article 9 and if relevant, to make their priorities for assistance known.
77- ودعا الرئيسان المشاركان للجنة الدائمة المعنية بالحالة العامة للاتفاقية وتنفيذها الدول الأطراف للتطوع بمعلومات في اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في 27 نيسان/أبريل 2007 بشأن تقدمها في اعتماد تدابير تشريعية وإدارية وغيرها وفقاً للمادة 9 والإعلان عن أولوياتها فيما يتعلق بالمساعدة.

The Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on Stockpile Destruction invited States Parties to volunteer relevant information on the destruction of previously unknown stockpiles and to make use of the 2 June 2008 meeting of the Standing Committee.
ودعا الرئيسان المشاركان للجنة الدائمة المعنية بتدمير المخزونات الدول الأطراف إلى التطوع بتقديم معلومات عن تدمير المخزونات التي لم تكن معروفة سابقاً والإفادة من اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في 2 حزيران/يونيه 2008.

58. At the 11 April 2014 meeting of the Standing Committee, Ukraine reported that as of April 2014 Ukraine managed to dispose of 1,219,005 mines, among them 568,184 PFM mines and that for the period of year 2013, 332,352 PFM-1 mines were disposed mostly due the financial support of Germany.
58- وفي اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في 11 نيسان/أبريل 2014، أفادت أوكرانيا بأنها تمكنت حتى شهر نيسان/أبريل 2014 من التخلص من 005 219 1 ألغام، منها 184 568 لغماً من طراز PFM، وأنها تخلصت في عام 2013 من 352 332 لغماً من طراز PFM-1، دُمر معظمها بفضل دعم مالي قدمته ألمانيا.

60. Additionally during the June 2005 meeting of the Standing Committee, it was highlighted that the States Parties must consider the subject of multi-function fuses and how inventories of this particular fuse could possibly be used to convert command detonated munitions to victim activated mines.
60- وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم خلال اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعقود في حزيران/يونيه 2005 التأكيد على ضرورة أن تبحث الدول الأطراف موضوع الصمامات المتعددة الوظائف والكيفية التي يمكن بها استخدام قوائم جرد هذا النوع الخاص من الصمامات لتحويل الذخائر ذات التفجير الموجَّه إلى ألغام تنفجر تلقائياً بمجرد وجود الضحية.

" In any year when the Board does not sit in regular session, attendance at the meeting of the Standing Committee which is held in lieu of the session of the Board shall be as provided above, with the addition of an extra representative from each organization who belongs to a group referred to in B.8 above which is not otherwise entitled to a member, alternate or representative at that meeting. "
