It may very well be said that in assimilating Afrikaans to a " tribal " language, the circular was perhaps unintentionally derogatory of Afrikaans.
ويمكن حقاً القول بأن التعميم، في تشبيهه اللغة الأفريكانية بلغة " قبلية " ، ربما يحط دون قصد من اللغة الأفريكانية.
