٢٣ - واسترسل قائلا إن الكرسي الرسولي يوجه نداء من أجل تخفيف الجزاءات المفروضة على بوروندي، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتوفير اﻷدوية، واستيراد المواد التعليمية واللوازم المدرسية، وتسليم البذور واﻷسمدة وكذلك الوقود اللازم لنقل هذه اللوازم اﻹنسانية.

36. The arrival of the humanitarian supplies in Iraq will be confirmed by independent inspection agents appointed by the Secretary-General pursuant to resolution 986 (1995) and stationed at relevant entry points and other locations in Iraq as referred to in paragraph 26 of the Memorandum of Understanding.

(d) In August 1995, in relation to the flow of refugees from Croatia to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the areas under the control of the Bosnian Serbs in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Committee approved an urgent request by UNHCR to transport humanitarian supplies to the needy by air and land.

Security Council resolutions 986 (1995) of 14 April 1995 and 1153 (1998) require that the Government of Iraq guarantee, on the basis of a plan submitted and approved by the Secretary-General, equitable distribution of medicine, health supplies, foodstuffs and materials and supplies for essential civilian needs (humanitarian supplies) exported to Iraq under conditions defined by those resolutions.
يطلب قرارا مجلس اﻷمن ٩٨٦ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ١٤ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٥ و ١١٥٣ )١٩٩٨( أن تضمن حكومة العراق، على أساس خطة قُدمت إلى اﻷمين العام ووافق عليها، التوزيع المنصف لﻷدوية واللوازم الصحية، والمواد الغذائية، والمواد، واﻹمدادات اللازمة لتلبية الاحتياجات المدنية اﻷساسية )اللوازم اﻹنسانية( المصدرة إلى العراق بموجب الشروط المحددة في ذلكما القرارين.
