49. Also welcomes the convening of the World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, including the Third World Congress, held from 25 to 28 November 2008 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, aimed at stimulating debate and mobilizing the efforts of the international community to eradicate the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents;

The Committee also recommends that the State party take into account the outcome documents adopted at the 1996, 2001 and 2008 World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children held, respectively, in Stockholm, Yokohama and Rio de Janeiro.
كما توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراعاة الوثائق الختامية المعتمدة خلال المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال التي عقدت أعوام 1996 و2001 و2008 في ستوكهولم ويوكوهاما وريو دي جانيرو على التوالي.

(c) Ensure the development of programmes and policies for the prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims, in accordance with the outcome documents adopted at the 1996, 2001 and 2008 World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children, held in Stockholm, Yokohama and Rio de Janeiro, respectively.
(ج) ضمان إعداد برامج وسياسات لوقاية الأطفال الضحايا وضمان تعافيهم وإعادة دمجهم في المجتمع، وفقاً للوثائق الختامية التي اعتمدت في المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال المعقودة في الأعوام 1996 و2001 و2008 في استوكهولم ويوكوهاما وريو دي جانيرو، على التوالي.

Children's views and recommendations helped shape the United Nations study and remain essential for its follow-up; they were also highly relevant in the special session of the General Assembly on children (8-10 May 2002) and in the three World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children and adolescents.

(c) Implement appropriate policies and targeted programs for the prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims, in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996, 2001, 2008 World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children; and
(ج) تنفيذ السياسات الملائمة والبرامج المحددة الهدف لحماية الأطفال الضحايا وتعافيهم وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع، وفقاً للإعلان وبرنامج العمل والالتزام العالمي المعتمدين في المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال التي عقدت في السنوات 1996 و2001 و2008؛

(e) Establish an effective system of reporting with a child-sensitive inquiry and judicial procedure that protects confidentiality, and develop programmes and policies for the prevention, recovery and reintegration of child victims in accordance with the outcome documents adopted at the 1996, 2001 and 2008 World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children held in Stockholm, Yokohama and Rio de Janeiro.
(ﻫ) أن تنشئ نظاماً فعالاً للإبلاغ يحمي طابع السرية مزوّد بآلية للتحري وإجراء قضائي يراعيان حساسية الطفل، وأن تضع برامج وسياسات للوقاية ولتعافي الضحايا من الأطفال وإعادة إدماجهم وفقاً للوثائق الختامية التي اعتمدتها المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال التي عُقِدت في أعوام 1996 و2001 و2008 في كل من استوكهلم ويوكوهاما وريو دي جانيرو.

(d) Continue to implement appropriate policies and programmes for the prevention, recovery and social reintegration of child victims, in accordance with the Declaration and Agenda for Action and the Global Commitment adopted at the 1996, 2001 and 2008 World Congresses against Sexual Exploitation of Children as well as the outcome of other international conferences on this issue.
(د) مواصلة تنفيذ سياسات وبرامج ملائمة من أجل توفير الوقاية للأطفال الضحايا وتحقيق تعافيهم وإعادة دمجهم اجتماعياً، وفقاً للإعلان وخطة العمل والالتزام العالمي، وهي الصكوك التي اعتُمدت في المؤتمرات العالمية لمكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال التي عُقدت في السنوات 1996 و2001 و2008، وكذلك وفقاً لنتائج مؤتمرات دولية أخرى بشأن هذه المسألة.
