The representatives of the Anti-Corruption Authorities of 91 Member States of the United Nations and 11 international organizations, gathered in Bali, Indonesia, for the Second Annual Conference and General Meeting of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities, declare as follows:
إن ممثّلي سلطات مكافحة الفساد من 91 دولة عضوا في الأمم المتحدة و11 منظمة دولية، الذين اجتمعوا في بالي، في إندونيسيا، بمناسبة المؤتمر السنوي الثاني والاجتماع العام الثاني للرابطة الدولية لسلطات مكافحة الفساد يعلنون ما يلي:

3. Calls upon all States parties to amended Protocol II to address at the Conference, inter alia, the issue of holding the Second Annual Conference in 2000;

5. the Second Annual Conference of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) took place simultaneously with the Expert Meeting.
٥- عُقد المؤتمر السنوي الثاني للرابطة العالمية لوكالات ترويج الاستثمار في وقت متزامن مع انعقاد اجتماع الخبراء.

8. The Expert Meeting will take place simultaneously with the Second Annual Conference of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA).
٨- وسينعقد اجتماع الخبراء في وقت متزامن مع المؤتمر السنوي الثاني للرابطة العالمية لوكالات الترويج للاستثمار.

4. Requests the Secretary-General to render the necessary assistance and to provide such services as may be required for the Second Annual Conference of States parties to amended Protocol II and the preparatory committee for the conference;
٤- تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام تقديم المساعدة اللازمة وتوفير الخدمات التي يقتضيها المؤتمر السنوي الثاني للدول اﻷطراف في البرتوكول الثاني المعدل ولجنته التحضيرية؛

47. The Vice-President of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) reported on the Second Annual Conference of WAIPA, which had been held in Geneva from 23 to 27 September 1997.
٧٤- قدم نائب رئيس الرابطة العالمية لوكالات الترويج للاستثمار تقريراً عن المؤتمر السنوي الثاني لهذه الرابطة، الذي عُقد في جنيف في الفترة من ٣٢ إلى ٧٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ٧٩٩١.

The Ministry of Communications had recently convened the Second Annual Conference on access to information and communications technology by persons with disabilities, and a cooperation protocol between that ministry and the Ministry of Higher Education aimed to develop special centres for persons with disabilities within universities.

Noting also the conclusions and recommendations adopted at the Second Annual Conference of the States Parties to Amended Protocol II to the Convention, held in Geneva from 11 to 13 December 2000,
وإذ تلاحظ أيضا الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي اعتمدت في المؤتمر السنوي الثاني للدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الثاني المعدل للاتفاقية، المعقود في جنيف في الفترة من 11 إلى 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000()،

Welcoming also the results of the Second Annual Conference of States Parties to Amended Protocol II, held at Geneva from 11 to 13 December 2000,
وإذ ترحب أيضا بنتائج المؤتمر السنوي الثاني للدول الأطراف في البروتوكول الثاني المعدل، المعقود في جنيف في الفترة من 11 إلى 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2000()،

The PRESIDENT recalled that the Second Annual Conference had approved the cost estimates for the Third Annual Conference contained in annex VIII to its final document (CCW/AP.II/CONF.2/1).
14- الرئيس ذكّر بأن المؤتمر السنوي الثاني وافق على التكاليف التقديرية للمؤتمر الثالث كما جاءت معروضة في المرفق الثامن من وثيقته الختامية (CCW/AP.II/CONF.2/1).

33. The PRESIDENT explained that the phrase referred to the delegations of all States which had participated in the exchange of views, whether with the status of party to the Protocol, signatory or observer, and that the formula had been taken from the report of the Second Annual Conference.
33- الرئيس قال إن ما ينبغي فهمه من هذه العبارة هو أن هذه الوفود هي وفود جميع الدول التي اشتركت في تبادل الآراء، سواء كان مركزها طرفاً في البروتوكول أو دولة موقعة عليه أو دولة ذات مركز مراقب، وأن هذه الصيغة مأخوذة من تقرير المؤتمر السنوي الثاني.

37. Mr. LAURIE-ESCANDON (Peru) reiterated the view expressed by Canada and stated his opinion that the best approach would be to repeat the wording used in the report of the Second Annual Conference, which had the merit of being clear and simple.
37- السيد لوري - إسكندون (بيرو) ردد الموقف الذي أبدته كندا وقال إن من الأفضل في رأيه هو تكرار الصيغة المستعملة في تقرير المؤتمر السنوي الثاني التي تمتاز بالوضوح والبساطة.
