1 - يُقرّ بأعمال رؤساء القضاة ورؤساء هيئات الاختصاص والمدَّعين العامين والمراجعين العامين وغيرهم من رؤساء هيئات الإدّعاء والممثلين الآخرين الرفيعي المستوى لمهن القضاء والقانون ومراجعة الحسابات في المؤتمر العالمي المعني بالعدالة والحوكمة وسيادة القانون لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية، المعقود في الفترة من 17 إلى 20 حزيران/يونيه 2012 في ريو دي جانيرو، البرازيل؛

On 20 June, at the World Congress on Justice, Governance and Law for Environmental Sustainability, organized by the United Nations Environmental Programme, the High Commissioner stressed that the rights of minorities, indigenous peoples, women, small farmers, those living in poverty and vulnerable groups should all be respected in participatory processes.
وفي المؤتمر العالمي المعني بالعدالة والحوكمة والقانون من أجل تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية الذي نظمه برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة في 20 حزيران/يونيه، شددت المفوضة السامية على لزوم احترام جميع حقوق الأقليات والشعوب الأصلية والنساء وصغار الفلاحين ومن يعيشون في حالة فقر والفئات المستضعفة في العمليات القائمة على المشاركة.

The present report provides information about recent developments related to the rule of law, in particular environmental law, in the context of sustainable development, including the outcome of the World Congress on Justice, Governance and Law for Environmental Sustainability, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 17 to 20 June 2012.
