The Industrial Development Board, further to its decision IDB.41/Dec.2, and acting in accordance with rule 103 of the rules of procedure of the General Conference, decided to recommend to the Conference for approval the contract annexed to the present decision, which establishes the terms and conditions of appointment of the Director General, including the salary and emoluments attached to the office.
إنَّ مجلس التنمية الصناعية قرَّر، على سبيل المتابعة لمقرره م ت ص-41/م-2، وعملا بالمادة 103 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر العام، توصية المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على العقد المرفق بهذا المقرَّر، الذي يحدد أحكام وشروط تعيين المدير العام، بما في ذلك المرتَّب والمستحقات المرتبطة بالمنصب.

The Industrial Development Board recommended that the General Conference approve an extension of the present appointment of the President of the Federal Court of Audit of Germany as the External Auditor of UNIDO for a period of two years, from 1 July 1998 to 30 June 2000, under the terms of reference specified in the Financial Regulations of UNIDO.
أوصى مجلس التنمية الصناعية المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تمديد فترة تعيين رئيسة الهيئة الاتحادية لمراجعة الحسابات في ألمانيا مراجعة خارجية لحسابات اليونيدو لمدة عامين ، من ١ تموز/ يوليه ٨٩٩١ الى ٠٣ حزيران/يونيه ٠٠٠٢ ، بالصلاحيات المحددة في نظام اليونيدو المالي .

3. The Board, in its decision IDB.18/Dec.6, recommended to the General Conference the approval of the implementation of the staff separation programme resulting from the 1998-1999 programme and budgets, in accordance with the policy and guiding principles described in paragraphs 5 to 11 of document PBC.13/16.
٣ - وفي مقرره م ت ص-٨١/م-٦ ، أوصى المجلس المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تنفيذ برنامج انهاء خدمات الموظفين الناجم عن البرنامج والميزانيتين للفترة ٨٩٩١ - ٩٩٩١ ، وذلك وفقا للسياسة والمبادىء التوجيهية الواردة في الفقرات ٥ الى ١١ من الوثيقة PBC.13/16 .

(b) Recommended to the General Conference the approval on the basis of an exchange rate of US$ 1 = AS 12.90 of appropriations in the amount of $145,898,600 for the regular budget of the Organization in 1998-1999, as reflected in the following table:

(b) Recommends to the General Conference the approval of estimates of regular budget gross expenditures of Euro147,251,013 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro143,743,513 and other income of Euro3,507,500;
(ب) يوصي المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات النفقات الإجمالية للميزانية العادية البالغ مجموعها 013 251 147 يورو والمزمع تمويلها من الاشتراكات المقرَّرة بمقدار 513 743 143 يورو ومن الإيرادات الأخرى بمقدار 500 507 3 يورو؛

(c) Also recommends to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures totalling Euro32,819,400 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 2014-2015 to be financed from voluntary contributions in the amount of Euro32,765,600 and other income amounting to Euro53,800 as may be provided for in the financial regulations;
(ج) يوصي أيضا المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات النفقات الإجمالية البالغ مجموعها 400 819 32 يورو لأغراض الميزانية التشغيلية لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 المزمع تمويلها من التبرّعات بمقدار 600 765 32 يورو ومن الإيرادات الأخرى بمقدار 800 53 يورو وفق المنصوص عليه في النظام المالي؛

(b) Having considered the resource requirements for the regular budget contained in document IDB.27/3, recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures of Euro145,013,300 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro142,000,000 and other income of Euro3,013,300;
(ب) إذ نظـــر في الاحتياجــات مــن الموارد لأجل الميزانية العادية الواردة في الوثيقة IDB.27/3، أوصى المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات للنفقات الإجمالية تبلغ 300 013 145 يورو لكي تموّل من الاشتراكات المقررة بمبلغ قدره 000 000 142 يورو ومن إيرادات أخرى بمبلغ قدره 300 013 3 يورو؛

" (b) Having considered the resource requirements for the regular budget contained in document IDB.27/3-PBC.19/3, recommends to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures of Euro145,013,300 to be financed from assessed contributions in the amount of Euro142,000,000 and other income of Euro3,013,300;

(ب) أوصى المؤتمر العام بالموافقة على تقديرات النفقات الإجمالية للميزانية العادية البالغ مجموعها 688 819 161 يورو والمزمع تمويلها من الاشتراكات المقرَّرة بمقدار 188 609 156 يورو ومن الإيرادات الأخرى بمقدار 500 210 5 يورو؛
