His country therefore supported the priority given once again to youth issues and the participation of youth in national and international decision-making processes by the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries.

41. The Heads of State or Government reaffirmed the guiding principles regarding peacekeeping operations adopted at the XI Ministerial Conference held in Cairo in 1994 and reiterated the Movement's position on peacekeeping operations adopted by the XII Summit held in Durban in 1998.

The Eleventh Ministerial Conference of non-aligned countries, held in Cairo last summer, recognized the importance of peace-keeping operations for the maintenance of international peace and security and spelled out a number of guiding principles.
وقد اعترف المؤتمر الوزاري الحادي عشر لبلدان عدم الانحياز، الذي عقد في الصيف الماضي بالقاهرة بأهمية عمليات حفظ السلم في صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين وأعلن عددا من المبادئ التوجيهية.

As a member of the Non-Aligned Movement, Nepal endorses the views expressed at the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the non-aligned countries held in Cairo in June this year and the Movement's Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Heads of Delegation, held on 5 October 1994, on this matter.

In the course of this year I had the honour, as a representative of the Committee, to attend the Global Conference on the Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing Countries in Barbados and to participate in the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries held in Cairo.

86. The Acting Chairman represented the Special Committee at the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, held at Cairo from 31 May to 3 June 1994, and presented a report (aide-mémoire 10/94) to the Committee at its 1431st meeting, on 11 July (A/AC.109/PV.1431).

7. (The movement of non-aligned countries) Relevant to this was one of the decisions made at the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries which was convened in Cairo in May/June 1994.

24. In that regard, he reiterated his country’s support for the guiding principles regarding peacekeeping operations contained in the final document adopted by the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, held in Cairo on 3 June 1994.
٤٢ - وفي هذا الصدد، كرر دعم بلده للمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بعمليات حفظ السلام الواردة في الوثيقة النهائية التي اعتمدها المؤتمر الوزاري الحادي عشر لبلدان حركة عدم الانحياز، المنعقد في القاهرة في ٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤.

An IINS delegation led by the Director General of the Institute participated in the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of Non-Aligned Countries (Cairo, 31 May to 3 June 1994) as a guest member of the Non-Aligned Movement.
شارك وفد المعهد برئاسة المدير العام للمعهد في المؤتمر الوزاري الحادي عشر لبلدان عدم الانحياز )القاهرة، ٣١ أيار/مايو - ٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤( بوصفه عضوا فخريا في حركة عدم الانحياز.

In that connection, he noted that at the Eleventh Ministerial Conference of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, the Movement had adopted principles that could serve as a useful basis for discussion (A/49/287, para. 41).

The Ministers reaffirmed the guiding principles regarding UN peacekeeping operations (UNPKOs) adopted at the XI Ministerial Conference of NAM held in Cairo in 1994, and reiterated the Movement's position on UNPKOs adopted by the XII Summit held in Durban in 1998, and which have been further reiterated at the XIII Summit held in Kuala Lumpur in 2003.
62 - أعاد الوزراء التأكيد على المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام التي اعتمدت خلال المؤتمر الوزاري الحادي عشر لحركة عدم الانحياز المعقود في القاهرة سنة 1994، كما أعربوا مجددا عن موقف الحركة من عمليات حفظ السلام المعتمد في القمة الثانية عشرة المعقودة في دربان سنة 1998، والذي جرى الإعراب عنه مرة أخرى في القمة الثالثة عشرة المعقودة في كوالالمبور في عام 2003.
