Noting the progress made by the Conference in the implementation of the outcome of its eighth session, in particular its contribution, within its mandate, to trade and development,
وإذ تلاحظ التقدم الذي حققه المؤتمر في تنفيذ نتائج دورته الثامنة، لا سيما إسهامه، في حدود ولايته، في التجارة والتنمية،

The Assembly welcomed the outcome of the sixth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and noted the progress achieved by the Conference in the implementation of its mandates.
ورحَّبت الجمعية العامة بنتائج الدورة السادسة لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية ونوَّهت بالتقدُّم الذي أحرزه المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولاياته.

Pursuant to its resolution 1/4, the Conference established the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery to assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on asset recovery.
وأنشأ المؤتمر، عملاً بقراره 1/4 الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية لكي يساعد المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته المتعلقة باسترداد الموجودات.

The Conference also decided that the Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the return of the proceeds of corruption and should hold at least two meetings prior to the fourth session of the Conference, within existing resources.
وقرر المؤتمر أيضاً أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق العامل اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الرابعة، في حدود الموارد المتاحة.

Finally, the Conference requested the Working Group on Firearms to continue advising and assisting the Conference in the implementation of its mandate, decided that the Working Group should hold at least one intersessional meeting and requested the Secretariat to assist the Working Group in the performance of its functions.
٥- وأخيراً، طلب المؤتمر إلى الفريق العامل المعني بالأسلحة النارية مواصلة إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه، وقرر أنَّ الفريق العامل ينبغي أن يعقد اجتماعاً واحداً على الأقل فيما بين الدورات، وطلب إلى الأمانة مساعدة الفريق العامل في أداء مهامه.

In that resolution, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption.
4- وقرّر المؤتمر في ذلك القرار أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال منع الفساد.

In that resolution, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption.
4- وقرّر المؤتمر في ذلك القرار أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية عمله في إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال منع الفساد.

2. Decides that the Working Group shall continue its work, according to its mandate as set out in Conference resolution 1/4, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the return of proceeds of corruption, including the consideration of any further proposals, should the Working Group deem it appropriate;
2- يقرّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله، وفقا لولايته المبيّنة في قرار المؤتمر 1/4، بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته فيما يتعلق بإرجاع عائدات الفساد، بما في ذلك النظر في أي اقتراحات إضافية إذا رأى الفريق العامل ذلك مناسبا؛

Also in its resolution 4/4, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and should hold at least two meetings prior to the fifth session of the Conference, within existing resources. II. Organization of the meeting
3- وقرَّر المؤتمر، في قراره 4/4 أيضاً، أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة، في حدود الموارد المتاحة. ثانياً- المسائل التنظيمية

2. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the Prevention of Corruption shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the fifth session of the Conference, in 2013;
2- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريقُ العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بمنع الفساد عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن منع الفساد، وأن يعقد اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة المقرّر عقدها في عام 2013؛

15. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the fifth session of the Conference, within existing resources;
15- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة، في حدود الموارد القائمة؛

Also in resolution 3/3, the Conference decided that the Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the return of the proceeds of corruption and should hold at least two meetings prior to the fourth session of the Conference, within existing resources.
2- وفي القرار 3/3 أيضاً، قرّر المؤتمر أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الرابعة، ضمن حدود الموارد المتاحة.

17. Decides that the Working Group shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the fourth session of the Conference, within existing resources;

In its resolution 2/4, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance and that it should hold at least two intersessional meetings prior to the third session of the Conference.
3- وقرّر المؤتمر، في قراره 2/4، أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، وأن يعقد الفريق العامل اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة.

9. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance, and reaffirms that the Working Group shall meet during the third session of the Conference and, as appropriate and within existing resources, shall hold at least two intersessional meetings prior to the third session of the Conference;
9- يقرر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، ويؤكد مجددا أن على الفريق العامل أن يجتمع خلال دورة المؤتمر الثالثة وأن يعقد، حسب الاقتضاء وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، اجتماعين بين الدورتين على الأقل وذلك قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة؛

38. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the sixth session of the Conference of the States Parties, within existing resources and consistent with its workplan;
38- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن إرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل الدورة السادسة لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، وبما يتماشى مع خطة عمله؛

In its resolution 2/4, the Conference decided that the Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance, and reaffirmed that the Working Group should meet during the third session of the Conference and, as appropriate and within existing resources, should hold at least two intersessional meetings prior to the third session of the Conference.
وقرّر المؤتمر، في قراره 2/4، أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، وأكد من جديد أنه ينبغي للفريق العامل أن يجتمع خلال دورة المؤتمر الثالثة، وأن يعقد، حسب الاقتضاء وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، اجتماعين بين الدورتين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة.

In its decision 4/4, the Conference decided to establish an open-ended working group, in accordance with article 32, paragraph 3, of the Organized Crime Convention, and rule 2, paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure for the Conference, to be chaired by a member of the Bureau, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Trafficking in Persons Protocol.
26- وقرّر المؤتمر، في مقرّره 4/4، إنشاء فريق عامل مؤقّت مفتوح العضوية وفقا للفقرة 3 من المادة 32 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة والفقرة 2 من المادة 2 من النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر، يرأسه أحد أعضاء مكتب المؤتمر، من أجل إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المنوطة به وفقا لبروتوكول الاتجار بالأشخاص.

وقرّر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف، في قراره 2/4، أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله بخصوص إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن تقديم المساعدة التقنية، وأن يجتمع الفريق العامل خلال دورة المؤتمر الثالثة ويعقد، حسب الاقتضاء وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، اجتماعين على الأقل بين الدورتين قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة.
