The fundamental message that emerges from resolution 59/250 in that regard is that developing countries should be able to draw fully on the entire system's " accumulated experience in all pertinent economic, social and other domains " , using the whole range of services available through the organizations of the system, on the basis of their comparative advantages and expertise (resolution 59/250, para. 44).
