The subprogramme will also aim to strengthen the capacity of developing countries, at their request, in formulating and implementing integrated policies and participating in discussions and negotiations relating to international investment.

)ب( استعراض ما أنجزته اﻷمانة العامة من عمل، وتزويدها بالتوجيهات، فيما يتعلق بأنشطتها البحثية ونشر المعلومات عن السياسات والبرامج والتطورات المتصلة بالاستثمار الدولي والشركات عبر الوطنية وتهيئة البيئة المناسبة للقطاع الخاص وتنمية المشاريع؛

)ب( استعراض أعمال اﻷمانة وارشادها في صدد اﻷنشطة البحثية واتاحة المعلومات عن السياسات والبرامج والتطورات المتصلة بالاستثمار الدولي والشركات عبر الوطنية وتهيئة البيئة المناسبة للقطاع الخاص وتنمية المشاريع؛

The expected achievements would be an improved understanding of issues related to international investment, enterprise internationalization and technology transfer, and the improved ability of policy makers to design appropriate policies and strategies to attract and benefit from foreign investment, to strengthen technological capacities and to foster the development of enterprises at the national, regional and international levels.
19- الانجازات المنتظرة هي تحسين فهم القضايا المتصلة بالاستثمار الدولي وتدويل المشاريع ونقل التكنولوجيا، وتحسين قدرة واضعي السياسات على رسم سياسات واستراتيجيات مناسبة لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي والاستفادة منه وعلى تعزيز القدرات التكنولوجية وعلى تشجيع تنمية المشاريع على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية.
