٢ - تطلب، وفقا لحكم الاتفاقية المشار اليه أعلاه، الى الدول اﻷطراف أن تقرر أن يزاد الى ثلاث عدد الدورات السنوية للجنة اعتبارا من عام ١٩٩٥ وكذلك عدد دورات الفريق العامل المنشأ ﻹجراء استعراض أولي لتقارير الدول اﻷطراف وللنظر في المسائل المتصلة بالمساعدة التقنية والتعاون الدولي؛
