301. The Committee recommended training for personnel working with child victims of abuse. In response to that recommendations, the following remarks are in order:

10. Taking measures to ensure adequate and appropriate training, in particular legal and psychological training, for persons working with child victims of trafficking.
10 - اتخاذ تدابير لضمان تدريب المتعاملين مع الأطفال من ضحايا الاتجار بهم تدريبا كافيا ومناسبا ولا سيما في مجالي الشؤون القانونية والنفسانية.

394. The Committee is concerned that awareness of the Convention among professionals working with and for children and among the general public, especially children themselves, remains low.
394- تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها لكون مستوى الوعي بالاتفاقية في أوساط الفنيين المتعاملين مع الأطفال ولصالحهم وفي أوساط عامة الجمهور، ولا سيما لدى الأطفال أنفسهم، ما زال مستوى منخفضاً.

(c) To ensure the prompt, independent and effective investigation of all alleged incidents of violence against children involved with the justice system, as alleged or sentenced offenders, by competent and independent authorities, including medical personnel, with full respect for the principle of confidentiality.
(ج) ضمان الإسراع بإجراء تحقيقات مستقلة وفعالة في جميع حوادث العنف التي يزعم ارتكابها ضد الأطفال المتعاملين مع نظام العدالة باعتبارهم مجرمين مزعومين أو مدانين، تقوم بها سلطات مختصة ومستقلة ويستعان فيها بموظفين طبيين، وذلك في ظل الاحترام التام لمبدأ السرية.

1. Increased supervision of those who deal with weapons, munitions, explosives and all types of dangerous materials in terms of their import, export, storage, transportation, use, circulation, possession and trade;
