5. The Committee encourages national human rights institutions to publicize and disseminate the Convention and its Optional Protocol, its concluding observations, general recommendations and decisions and views on individual communications and inquiries conducted under the Optional Protocol, as well as to monitor the State party's implementation of the Convention and its Optional Protocol.

13. The Working Group expressed its appreciation for the logistical and substantive services provided to it by the Petitions and Inquiries Section of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), in particular for the quality of the draft views and decisions on individual communications under the Optional Protocol.

(b) Ensure comprehensive follow-up and institutionalize the implementation of decisions on individual communications adopted by the United Nations treaty bodies under treaties to which it is a party.

(g) The meeting recommended that decisions and views on individual communications be published in a regular and systematic way and disseminated broadly, with a view to enhancing the involvement of national human rights institutions and civil society in encouraging the implementation by States parties of the decisions and views of treaty bodies;

(e) The twentieth meeting of chairpersons recommended that treaty body secretaries should make all possible efforts to prioritize documents submitted to Conference Services to ensure the timely translation of concluding observations, States parties' written replies, as well as views on individual communications.
(هـ) أوصى الاجتماع العشرون لرؤساء الهيئات بأن تبذل أمانات الهيئات المنشأة بمعاهدات كل جهد ممكن لتحديد الأولويات بالنسبة للوثائق المقدمة إلى شعبة خدمات المؤتمرات من أجل ضمان أن تترجم في الوقت المناسب الملاحظات الختامية والردود المكتوبة للدول الأطراف، وكذلك الآراء المتعلقة بالبلاغات الفردية.

(i) The tenth inter-committee meeting recommended that decisions and views on individual communications should be published in a regular and systematic way and disseminated broadly, with a view to enhancing the involvement of national human rights institutions and civil society in encouraging the implementation by States parties of the decisions and views of treaty bodies.

At its forty-second session, it adopted its first report on follow-up to views on individual communications, which compiled in summary form all the information received up to the forty-first session (A/64/38, Part one, annex XII). The Committee decided that an updated report will be prepared for each session and that the reports will be compiled in a chapter on follow-up in the annual report.
واعتمدت في دورتها الثانية والأربعين تقريرها الأول عن متابعة الآراء المتعلقة بالبلاغات الفردية التي جمعت في شكل موجز كل المعلومات الواردة حتى الدورة الحادية والأربعين (A/64/38، الجزء الأول، المرفق الثاني عشر). وقررت اللجنة أنه سيجري إعداد تقرير مستكمل لكل دورة، وأن هذه التقارير ستجمع في فصل متعلق بالمتابعة في التقرير السنوي.
