وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها السابقة (CERD/C/ISL/18، الفقرة 14) بأن تجعل عبء الإثبات على المُدعى عليه في الدعاوى المتعلقة بمنع ارتياد الأماكن العامة، على نحو ما يرد أيضاً في التوصية العامة رقم 30(2004) المتعلقة بالتمييز ضد غير المواطنين.
