وأوصت أيضا بأن تنظر في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل(12).

64. Encourages Member States that have not yet done so to ratify the conventions of the International Labour Organization relating to the elimination of exploitation of child labour, in particular those concerning the minimum age for employment, the abolition of forced labour and the prohibition of particularly hazardous work for children, and to implement them;

2. Urges all States that have not yet signed and ratified or acceded to the Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No. 138) and the Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, 1999 (No. 182), of the International Labour Organization to consider doing so;

The adoption of the law on guaranteeing the rights of the child and the ratification of the International Labour Organization Minimum Age Convention and Convention on the Worst Forms of Child Labour have become important steps in ensuring human rights in Uzbekistan.
وأصبح اعتماد قانون ضمان حقوق الطفل والتصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل والاتفاقية المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال خطوات هامة في كفالة حقوق الإنسان في أوزبكستان.

(e) Ratify ILO Conventions 138 concerning the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour;
(ه) التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل ورقم 182 المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال واتخاذ تدابير فورية للقضاء عليها.

Specifically, with regard to the issue of child labour, the Committee encourages the Government to consider the possibility of ratifying ILO Convention No. 138 concerning minimum age for employment.
وفيما يتعلق بمسألة عمل اﻷطفال، تحديدا، تشجع اللجنة الحكومة على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٨٣١ المتعلقة بالحد اﻷدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل.

Bahrain had become a party to the Convention in 1992, as well as to a number of texts of the International Labour Organization, including Convention 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour (1999) and Convention 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment (1973).

Other instruments ratified by Oman included the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment, and the two Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
وتشمل الصكوك الأخرى التي صدّقت عليها عمان بروتوكول منع وقمع الاتجار بالأشخاص، وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، والمعاقبة عليه المكمِّل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل والبروتوكولين الاختياريين الملحقين باتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

It referred to reports by the Committee on the Rights of the Child and UNICEF on child labour and recommended that Romania take effective steps to ensure implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and ILO Conventions No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment and No. 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour.
وأشارت إلى ما أوردته لجنة حقوق الطفل ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة بشأن عمل الأطفال، وأوصت بأن تتخذ رومانيا خطوات فعالة لضمان تنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل واتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل ورقم 182 المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال واتخاذ إجراءات فورية للقضاء عليها.

In 2008, an ILO Committee of Experts noted that, when ratifying Convention No. 138 (Convention concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment), Senegal specified 15 years as the minimum age for admission to employment or work.
33- في عام 2008، أشارت إحدى لجان الخبراء التابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية إلى أن السنغال قد حدّدت عند مصادقتها على الاتفاقية رقم 138 (المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل) الحد الأدنى لسن القبول للاستخدام أو العمل ﺑ 15 سنة.

Moreover, it has ratified a number of conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), the last of which was the Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No. 138) which was ratified on 19 March 1999.
وصادق على عدة اتفاقيات لمنظمة العمل الدولية، وآخرها الاتفاقية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الالتحاق بالعمل (1973)، وذلك في 19 آذار/مارس 1999.

(d) Consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 138 (1973) concerning the Minimum Age for Admission to employment.
