" وإذ ترحب بتقرير الأمين العام بشأن مشروع برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي،

1. Takes note of the draft programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent;

" 36. Calls upon States parties to fully implement legislation and other measures already in place to ensure that people of African descent are not discriminated against, and underlines in this regard the importance of supporting the programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent adopted by the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session;
" 36 - تهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تنفذ على نحو كامل التشريعات وغيرها من التدابير القائمة بالفعل لكفالة عدم التمييز ضد المنحدرين من أصل أفريقي، وتؤكد في هذا الصدد أهمية دعم برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخامسة والستين؛

" 1. Takes note of the draft programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent as a guideline for the activities related to the Year; and invites Member States and other donors to contribute, on a voluntary basis, to those activities;
" 1 - تحيط علما بمشروع برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي بوصفه دليلا للأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة؛ وتدعو الدول الأعضاء وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى الإسهام، على أساس طوعي، في تلك الأنشطة؛

Encourages Member States to participate in and support the implementation of the programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent, and to cooperate constructively and decisively to ensure rapid progress and concrete results in the achievement of the objectives of the Year;
" 2 - تشجع الدول الأعضاء على المشاركة في تنفيذ برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي ودعمه، والتعاون على نحو بناء وحاسم لكفالة حصول تقدم سريع ونتائج ملموسة في تحقيق أهداف السنة؛

Taking note with appreciation of the report of the Secretary-General on the draft programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent,
وإذ تحيط علما مع التقدير بتقرير الأمين العام بشأن مشروع برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي()،

70. Reference is made to the report of the Secretary-General containing proposals for a programme of work of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent (A/HRC/15/18) (see para. 29 above).

At its sixty-fifth session, the General Assembly took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the draft programme of activities for the International Year for People of African Descent and requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Assembly at its sixty-sixth session a report on the progress and the implementation of the resolution (resolution 65/36).
وفي الدورة الخامسة والستين، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بمشروع برنامج الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسنة الدولية للمنحدرين من أصل أفريقي، وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السادسة والستين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز وعن تنفيذ القرار (القرار 65/36).
