وإذ ترحب بالتوقيع في 8 نيسان/أبريل 2010 على المعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية،

The Russian Federation and the United States of America commit to seek the early entry into force and full implementation of the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms and are encouraged to continue discussions on follow-on measures in order to achieve deeper reductions in their nuclear arsenals.
يلتزم كل من الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بالسعي إلى تحقيق النفاذ المبكر والتطبيق التام للمعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها، ويُشجَّعان على مواصلة المناقشات بشأن تدابير المتابعة بغية تحقيق تخفيضات أكبر لترسانتيهما النوويتين.

1. Welcomes the signing of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms (the New START Treaty) on 8 April 2010;
1 - ترحب بتوقيع المعاهدة الجديدة المبرمة بين الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها في 8 نيسان/أبريل 2010؛

17. Many States parties welcomed the steps taken to implement the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms.
17 - ورحب العديد من الدول الأطراف بالخطوات التي اتخذت لتنفيذ المعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها.

7. Welcomes the ongoing implementation by the Russian Federation and the United States of America of the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, and encourages them to continue discussions on follow-on measures in order to achieve deeper reductions in their nuclear arsenals;
7 - ترحب بتنفيذ الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الجاري للمعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها، وتشجعهما على مواصلة المناقشات بشأن إجراءات المتابعة بهدف إجراء تخفيضات أكبر لترسانتيهما النوويتين؛

(b) The Russian Federation and the United States continued to work towards the full implementation of the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms.
(ب) وواصل الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة العمل على التنفيذ الكامل للمعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها.

9. Also welcomes the ongoing implementation by the Russian Federation and the United States of America of the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, and encourages them to continue discussions on follow-on measures in order to achieve deeper reductions in their nuclear arsenals;
9 - ترحب أيضا بتنفيذ الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الجاري للمعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها، وتشجعهما على مواصلة المناقشات بشأن إجراءات المتابعة بهدف إجراء تخفيضات أكبر لترسانتيهما النوويتين؛

23. Many States welcomed the indications of progress by the Russian Federation and the United States on the implementation of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms (New START Treaty).
23 - ورحبت العديد من الدول بتباشير إحراز الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة تقدما في تنفيذ المعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها (معاهدة ستارت الجديدة).

7. Encourages the Russian Federation and the United States of America to seek the early entry into force and full implementation of the Treaty on Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms and to continue discussions on follow-on measures in order to achieve deeper reductions in their nuclear arsenals;
7 - تشجع الاتحاد الروسي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على السعي إلى التعجيل ببدء نفاذ المعاهدة المتعلقة بتدابير زيادة تخفيض الأسلحة الهجومية الاستراتيجية والحد منها وتنفيذها التام وعلى مواصلة المناقشات بشأن تدابير المتابعة بهدف إجراء تخفيضات أكبر لترسانتيهما النوويتين؛
