1. It seems that the draft articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States provisionally adopted by the International Law Commission represent a timely contribution to the development of norms in this field of law.

13. His delegation endorsed the recommendation of the Commission to the General Assembly concerning the adoption, in the form of a declaration, of the draft articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States.

44. The Commission decided to recommend to the General Assembly the adoption, in the form of a declaration, of the draft articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States.
