For the admission of foreigners, for their legal standing, and for their studies in Hungarian higher education institutions, the provisions of the Act on Higher Education should be applied, unless the law or an international agreement provides otherwise.
636- فيما يتعلق بقبول الأجانب ومركزهم القانوني ودراستهم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الهنغارية، ينبغي تطبيق أحكام القانون المتعلق بالتعليم العالي ما لم ينص القانون أو اتفاق دولي على ما يخالف ذلك.

Higher education institutions in line with the provisions of the Act on Higher Education ensure the freedom of activity of academic worth for its teaching staff, the researchers, and the students and support the implementation of the appropriate conditions for this.
639- تكفل مؤسسات التعليم العالي طبقاً لأحكام القانون المتعلق بالتعليم العالي حرية النشاط الأكاديمي لهيئة التدريس بها وللباحثين والطلاب وتدعم تطبيق الشروط الملائمة لذلك.

9. According to Act CXXXIX of 2005 on Higher Education (hereinafter referred to as Higher Education Act) the student (applicant) is a person with disability if he is physically or mentally disabled, or if he has organoleptic or speaking disabilities, or if he suffers from autism.
9- ووفقاً للقانون رقم 139 لعام 2005 المتعلق بالتعليم العالي (يشار إليه فيما بعد بقانون التعليم العالي)، يُعتبر الطالب (مقدّم الطلب) شخصاً يشكو من عجز إذا كان مصاباً بإعاقة بدنية أو عقلية، أو بعجز حسي أو عدم القدرة على النطق، أو إذا كان يعاني من التوحّد.

Every Hungarian citizen in line with Article 83 of Act LXXX of 1993 on Higher Education (See the text of the Act in the Annex) has the right to continue studies in the higher education institution and branch chosen by him/her, and to apply for admission in several higher education institutions by specifying the order of the institutions.
630- ويحق لكل مواطن هنغاري، وفقاً للمادة 83 من القانون 80 لعام 1993 المتعلق بالتعليم العالي (انظر نص هذا القانون الوارد في المرفق) أن يتابع الدراسة في مؤسسة التعليم العالي وفرع التخصص اللذين يختارهما وأن يقدم طلب القبول إلى عدة مؤسسات للتعليم العالي محدِّدا ترتيبها.

453. In autumn 2001 there were 20 private colleges approved pursuant to the Private Higher Education Act.
