Subject to the decision of the General Assembly, the Centre would support the elaboration of an international legal instrument on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives and of a United Nations convention against corruption.
ورهنا بقرار من الجمعية العامة، سيقدم المركز الدعم إلى عملية إعداد صك قانوني دولي بشأن صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها على نحو غير مشروع وإعداد اتفاقية للأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد.

The Assembly also directed the Ad Hoc Committee, following the completion of the study, to consider the possible elaboration of an international instrument on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives.
ووجهت الجمعية أيضا اللجنة المخصصة لكي تنظر، بعد إكمال الدراسة، في إمكانية إعداد صك دولي بشأن صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها على نحو غير مشروع.

2. Pursuant to Assembly resolution 54/127, the Group of Experts on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives was convened twice in Vienna, from 12 to 16 March 2001 and from 18 to 20 December 2001.

2. Pursuant to Assembly resolution 54/127, the Group of Experts on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives was convened twice in Vienna, from 12 to 16 March 2001 and from 18 to 21 December 2001.
2- وعملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 54/127، عقد فريق الخبراء المعني بصنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة اجتماعين في فيينا من 12 إلى 16 آذار/مارس 2001 ومن 18 إلى 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001.

It considered the question whether an international instrument dealing specifically with the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives should be recommended.
ونظر في مسألة ما اذا كان ينبغي التوصية بوضع صك دولي يعالج، على وجه التحديد، صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

In addition to the above-mentioned resolutions, a list of the documentation considered by the Group of Experts on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives is contained in annex II to the present report.

The Assembly would request the Secretary-General to convene an expert group to prepare a study on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives by criminals and their use for criminal purposes.
وتطلب الجمعية العامة الى اﻷمين العام أن يدعو الى عقد اجتماع لفريق من الخبراء لاعداد دراسة عن ضلوع مجرمين في صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها على نحو غير مشروع واستعمالها ﻷغراض اجرامية .

The Assembly would direct the Ad Hoc Committee to consider, following the completion of the study, the possible elaboration of an international instrument on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives.

Convinced that combating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition, as well as combating the illicit manufacture of and trafficking in explosives, requires international cooperation, the exchange of information and other appropriate measures at the national, regional and global levels,
واقتناعا منها بأن مكافحة صنع اﻷسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها والذخائر والاتجار بها غير المشروعين، وكذلك مكافحة صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها غير المشروعين، تقتضيان التعاون على الصعيد الدولي وتبادل المعلومات واتخاذ تدابير أخرى مناسبة على الصعيد الوطني واﻹقليمي والعالمي،

19- ونظر فريق الخبراء في مسألة ما اذا كان ينبغي التوصية بوضع صك دولي يتناول بالتحديد صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

(d) National legislation should criminalize the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives and provide for sanctions that take into account the gravity of the consequences of such offences.
(د) ينبغي للتشريع الوطني أن يجرّم صنع المتفجرات والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة وأن ينص على جزاءات تأخذ في الاعتبار خطورة العواقب الناجمة عن تلك الجرائم.

The Group of Experts on the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in explosives held meetings in Vienna from 12 to 16 March 2001 and from 18 to 21 December 2001.
