7. Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Observer Mission, their respective share of the net cash available in the Special Account for the Observer Mission in the amount of 1,573,000 dollars as at 30 April 2013 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 4 above;

Decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Operation, their respective share of the net cash available in the Special Account for the Operation in the amount of 9,523,300 dollars as at 30 April 2010 shall be set off against their outstanding obligations, in accordance with the scheme set out in paragraph 4 above;
7 - تقرر، بالنسبة للدول الأعضاء التي لم تف بالتزاماتها المالية تجاه العملية، أن تخصم من التزاماتها غير المسددة حصة كل منها في صافي المبلغ النقدي المتوفر في الحساب الخاص للعملية البالغ 300 523 9 دولار في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2010، وفقا للخطة المبينة في الفقرة 4 أعلاه؛

The Advisory Committee understood that, in recommending that course of action, the Secretary-General had borne in mind General Assembly resolution 63/257 B, in which the Assembly had decided that Member States that had fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission would be credited with their respective share of the net cash available in the Special Account for the Mission as at 30 April 2009.
وترى أن الأمين العام إذ يوصي بهذا المسار، فإنه يكون قد وضع في اعتباره قرار الجمعية العامة 63/257 باء، الذي قررت فيه الجمعية أن تعيد إلى الدول الأعضاء التي وفت بالتزاماتها المالية تجـاه البعثة حصة كل منها في صافي المبلغ النقدي المتوفر في الحساب الخاص للبعثة في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2009.

13. Towards the end of the biennium, the recommendations from CPC and ACABQ would be considered by the Fifth Committee. The total amount available in the Special Account would be identifiable in the light of the transfers that the General Assembly has approved to the Development Account as a result of its deliberations on the second performance report.
٣١ - وقرب نهاية فترة السنتين، ستنظر اللجنة الخامسة في التوصيات المقدمة من لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية وسيتم تحديد إجمالي المبلغ المتوفر في الحساب الخاص في ضوء المبالغ التي تكون الجمعية العامة قد وافقت على تحويلها إلى حساب التنمية بعد مداولاتها بشأن تقرير اﻷداء الثاني.
